Through holidays, weather, cold, visiting relatives, food comas and all the other excuses less motivated buyers have, a serious buyer starts now to capture those sellers who are also motivated.
The logic here is to connect sellers and buyers at a time where activity is low, values are apparent and the market is less crowded…and who wants to shop in a crowded market
